PAA Open Positions

St Bernadette’s Athletic Board (PAA) has 2 immediate openings.  Interested in becoming more involved with the outstanding St Bernadette Athletic program?  Interested in having your Athletic fees waived?  If so, please consider joining the Board.  Each appointed position is for a two year tenure.  The open positions are:

Events Director:

Ø          Coordinate concessions for home football games (approx 4).

Ø          Coordinate and maintain records for all PAA obligated volunteers.

Ø          Coordinate all Athletic Team photos.

Ø          Maintain records of vendors and purchases for planning of future events.

Ø          Attend monthly Athletic Board meetings (2nd Tues of each month, 7:30pm).

Southside Catholic Conference Representative:

Ø          Represent St Bernadette at all SCC meetings (once a month) and maintain a file of minutes from each meeting.

Ø          Report any/all proceedings from SCC communications to St Bernadette Athletic Board.

Ø          Solicit votes from St Bernadette Athletic Board when requested by SCC.

Ø          Attend monthly Athletic Board meetings (2nd Tues of each month, 7:30pm).

Both positions are voting members of the St Bernadette Athletic Board (PAA).
