The Steering Committee is the leadership team of the campaign. Some of our parishioners have eagerly stepped forward, while others have been asked to represent the various functions during this endeavor. In the following, you will see your friends, neighbors and family members who have so graciously accepted the task at hand. Oversees the development of a series of Gatherings that can be held at the parish or elsewhere.

CALLER
This team is responsible for making phone calls to every parish household at several key times to support the activities of the campaign.

AUDIOVISUAL
The responsibility of this team is the development of
audiovisual presentations for the purpose of information activity.

The coordinator will work closely with the Pastor, the RSI Consultant, and the Campaign Director.

CHILDREN’S ACTIVITY
Responsibilities of this team includes; planning and implementation of a Children’s Poster Festival, a steward-ship lesson, and a Children’s Activity during the Special Event.

ENLISTMENT
The involvement of people through enlistment will be a key to the success of the campaign. This group will assist with all teams to coordinate enlistment.

INFORMATION
Responsibilities include the distribution of information packets after specified Masses and delivery of those packets to households that were not in attendance.

PRAYER
A much needed group of individuals, this team will provide
prayer on a regular basis for campaign activities,

The Promotion team will manage the production of all material and any printing arrangements that are needed.

SPECIAL EVENT
This team will be responsible for plans and arrangements related to the Special Event and hospitality after Event Weekends.

FOLLOW UP
This is the maintenance of the campaign through the three-year giving period. It will be the job of this group to keep the campaign in front of the parish through regular
